Happy New Year to you and your families!
I hope you had a great holiday and that you got to spend time with the people you love.
Last year I tried for the first time osechi (Japanese New Year’s cuisine). We bought six boxes containing a huge variety of foods, such as lobsters, shrimps, fish cakes, black sweet beans, eggs custard, burdock roots, lotus roots, carrots, sweet potatoes etc. Everything was delicious and the way the food was presented was really impressive.
My 2018 was full of very significant events and I’m grateful for everything I received and for all the amazing students I met.
May you have a bright and prosperous 2019 filled with happiness and good blessings!
